What Renata says about studying at BHLC and living on the
Gold Coast.
I really don't have words to describe how wonderful and
memorable my time has been here in
Australia. Burleigh Heads Language Centre is an
excellent English school, the teachers and staff are
great. They help with anything you need and I
have met a lot of friends from my home country Brazil. You will not regret studying and working in this
amazing country.

When I was in my hometown in Lima,
Peru
I was always looking for some place to study
English, but now I have realised that the only way
to learn English is being overseas. If you stay in
your country speaking your mother tongue, you will
never learn this language in the best way.
After thinking about that, I made a decision to go to
Australia
. I
went to the Agency Educacion Global in
Lima, and my counsellor Glicerio, was very helpful in
assisting me chose the right place and school for
me.
I was lucky to find this amazing school, with people
from all over the world and a great staff and
teachers and it was really easy to find a job
here, too!
My experience at Burleigh Heads Language Centre and the
Gold Coast was amazing. I had never thought that
everything was supposed to happen like this to me.
Now I am glad to return to my country, with more
strengths in this language. I know it was one of
the best decisions I have ever taken in my life!

This school is amazing – I studied here for 7 months and I
didn’t want to leave because I am really satisfied
with this school. My sister came to study here after
me and she loves this school, too.
I think all the teachers, staff and the Directors are great.
They have beautiful teaching styles and skills and
they all are humorous characters as well! They were
such good friends with me. I came to Burleigh Heads
Language Centre because my Agent recommended this
school. The school found me a very friendly Homestay
and although I have left my Homestay now, I still
keep in touch with them. One thing that I really
love about my school is that the staff always care
about all students. When I had a problem, they gave
me beautiful courage and even solved my problems.
I will never forget this beautiful place and lovely people. I
made friends with so many different nationalities at
this school.
I want to recommend Burleigh Heads Language Centre to
all Koreans who want to learn good English and make
unforgettable memories. Thankyou Burleigh Heads
Language Centre. I will never forget you.

Burleigh
Heads Language Centre is amazing. Since I
arrived one month ago, I'm studying in this school
and I've never been bored. There is a good
atmosphere and it's easier to learn.
I've
met people from different countries who have
become my friends and I have fun with them.
There is a lot of activities like learn how to
surf, camping in some island, etc... organised by the
school.
The teachers and staff are great
they can help you with many things like
immigration papers or to find a job or if you need
information about anything else you can count on
them.
I'm from
Tahiti
and over there it's very different. It's hard to find a good teacher who
helps you like here.

Vancata - Czech Republic |
| I
am studying General English at Burleigh Heads
Language Centre and my course is 12 weeks
long. When I began to study, I was in the
intermediate class but now I am in the
upper-intermediate. Seven weeks in an
English speaking country has improved my English
skills one level. My class isn't big, I prefer
this kind of class because it is possible to spend
time on individual questions and is a necessity
for me. I study with other students from
Asia and South America. I am the only one
from the Czech Republic. this was very
important for me when I chose this school, because
I want to use English all the time to make
progress and this is the best way. Life in
Australia for me is very different than in my
country. The reason is simple: different
weather, people and language, but it's not
bad. The weather is hotter, the people are
friendlier here and the language is English.
One of the most important languages in the world.
What more do you need? Maybe some activities
after school for example; surfing, hiking,
shopping, sunbathing, swimming, clubbing, etc.
Everything is possible in Australia, I prefer
hiking surfing and swimming in the ocean.
Everyday after school I go surfing or
swimming. The weather isn't a problem
because on the Gold Coast there are 300 days of
sunshine per year. For hiking activities I
don't know a better place than the national parks
close to Burleigh Heads, only 30 minutes by car
and you can see amazing Australia nature, (real
bush, waterfalls
and rainforests) the next advantage here is
work. I usually work 3 or 4 days per
week. This is enough for me to make make
money for my leisure activities plus save
something. After 2 months in Australia I have
extended my visa from 6 months to 1 year, because
I enjoy everything here. |
